Our Overnight Camel Safari is an unforgettable experience! Read more for a brief itinerary overview to get you excited about what we can offer! We will pick you up from your hotel and take you by jeep to the desert dunes, with a stop-off at an abandoned village and a desert oasis on the way.
Meet your camels and embark on a magical 90-minute ride through the beautiful golden dunes of the Thar Desert to an unspoilt and peaceful location, where dinner will be cooked on an open fire and beds will be prepared for you to sleep under the stars. Witness a magical sunset, followed by an incredible night sky, making for an unforgettable experience.
Wake up the next morning to an enchanting sunrise, and enjoy a healthy breakfast, prepared whilst you relax or explore the dunes. Mount your camel for a 90minute journey back to the jeep pick up point, before heading back to Jaisalmer.

Visit to Kuldhara Village or Khaba Fort and a Desert Oasis
Kuldhara Village and Khaba Fort date back to the 13th Century and were once prosperous settlements inhabited by Paliwal Brahmins. The natural Desert Oasis has water year round and serves as an important source of fresh water for local people and animals.
Camel Riding through The Dunes
Embark on two magical 90minute camel rides on one of our trusty camels. Day one you will ride until the sun begins to set in the Thar dunes. The following morning you will return to the jeep pick-up by camel (One camel per person).
Sleep Under the Stars in the Thar Dunes
Experience a stunning desert sunset and watch the stars begin to emerge. Sleep under the stars and witness an unforgettable night sky. This truly is a magical experience and one of the highlights for many of our guests!

Sleeping Options
Prefer to stay in a tent? No problem - we can arrange this for you. Although we believe sleeping in the open under the stars is an incredible experience, we understand some people may prefer to stay 'under canvas'. We can arrange lightweight trekking tents for your stay if you prefer.
